Hi, I'm Flor.

I’m a Registered Architect based in Wellington, and I specialise in bespoke residential design that makes everyday living feel easier, warmer, and more intentional.

I love the problem‑solving side of architecture just as much as the creative side. Whether it’s reorganising a tricky layout, refining construction details, or choosing materials that feel good to live with, my work is about creating homes that function beautifully and feel genuinely personal.

I originally studied architecture in Buenos Aires before moving to New Zealand in 2010, and just like that - what was meant to be a short holiday quickly became home.

After completing a degree in Interior Architecture at Victoria University, I worked in renowned, award‑winning practices in Timaru and Wellington before starting my own practice.

These days, I’m especially interested in residential renovations and the small technical decisions that quietly shape how a home works day to day.
